Hussain is a seasoned banker with over 30 years of experience. Hussain served as Chief Operating Officer of Operations at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) until 2003 and is credited with laying the groundwork for a world-class financial hub. Hussain also led Sharjah Islamic Bank as its Chief Executive Officer until 2006. In 2006, he was mandated by the Government of Dubai to establish a new shariah-compliant financial institution and he was appointed as Group CEO for Noor Bank PJSC - with an asset size of over AED 40Bn. In addition to the above roles, Hussain has also served on the board of a number of companies including Dubai Financial Market, Dubai International Financial Exchange, Noor Bank PJSC, Diera Investment Company, Noor Takaful PJSC.

Saadaat Yaqub Bajwa

Saadaat brings over 20 years of experience in institutional banking, investment advisory and business development, with deep expertise in both Islamic and conventional financial products. Prior to co-founding Fiducia Capital, he served as the Head of the Wholesale Banking Group at Noor Bank PJSC, Dubai, since 2007.Throughout his career, Saadaat has successfully led the origination, execution, and placement of over 150 primary syndications, capital markets, and corporate finance transactions, with an aggregate value exceeding USD 100 billion. His track record spans multiple sectors and asset classes, reflecting his strategic leadership and execution capability in complex financial mandates.

Sathish Subbiah

Sathish brings more than 22 years of wealth management experience working with UHNW private clients, family offices and financial institutions across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia . In his most recent role, he was the co-founder and Senior Executive Officer of Plurimi Wealth (Dubai) Limited and MD & Partner of Plurimi Wealth LLP in London. He started his career with Morgan Stanley in LA, California and held various senior positions at UBS Wealth Management, Barclays Private Bank and Lloyds Private Bank based in London.

Vincent Carfora

With over twenty-five years of wealth management, institutional and corporate banking experience across London, Switzerland, the Middle East, and Singapore, Vincent is regarded as one of the leading proponents in the sector. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2004 and remaining there for eighteen years, Vincent covered institutional clients for UBS in Switzerland and London. Whilst at Deutsche Bank he was Group Head of Wealth Management, overseeing a team across London, Switzerland , Singapore and Dubai covering primarily Entrepreneurs. In addition to sitting on a plethora of investment committees and holding positions within these leading investment banks, Vincent has been at the forefront of innovating and shaping the industry for many years.

Kalpana Shah
Managing Director
Kalpana Shah, Chartered FCSI, brings over 35 years of experience in international private banking, with a focus on the East Africa region. She began her career at Bank of America, covering the NRI (Non-Resident Indian) community for four years, before moving to Crédit Agricole for seven years, where she was responsible for establishing the bank’s NRI division in London. She later joined HSBC Private Bank in London, serving as Director and Head of East Africa for over eleven years. Prior to joining Fiducia Capital, Kalpana was Managing Director at Azure Wealth, which subsequently merged with Hywin Wealth, where she served clients primarily from Africa.
Kalpana holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and has been a member of the Financial Conduct Authority since 2002. She continues to maintain strong relationships across Africa, assisting clients with corporate structuring and wealth management.

Rizwan Hameed Chapra is a highly accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the financial sector across the Middle East, UK, and South Asia. Known for driving organizational growth, implementing effective governance, and leading strategic initiatives, Rizwan excels in managing operations and spearheading regulatory compliance and risk management. He spent sixteen years at United Bank Limited (UBL), ultimately serving as Country General Manager for UBL-UAE. He also served as COO and Head of Strategic Initiatives at Tempus Capital Partners in London. Rizwan holds a CFA designation, an MBA in Finance, CAMS certification, and a wealth and investment management certification from CISI.

Ankit Kapoor

Ankit brings over 7 years of wealth management experience, specializing in equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and FX strategies. Starting his career in the UAE, he developed expertise in financial analysis, private company valuations, feasibility studies, and M&A. With a B.Tech degree and CFA and FRM charters, Ankit has advised clients on portfolio allocation and investment strategies. Aly Ajani

Aly Ajani has 20 years of institutional banking experience with Citibank. He has managed a number of geographies across the region and has a wide range of transactional execution experience across corporate finance, equity and debt capital markets and M&A. His last role at Citi was the Head of Banking for Citibank UAE. Aly has been instrumental in developing in private placement capability at Citibank UAE. Aly has originated and placed over USD 200Bn across sectors for his clients in different geographies through a combination of bank market and public and private debt and equity markets and brings significant knowledge and capability to the team.

Arjun Baljee
