Mr. Al Qemzi served as Chief Operating Officer of Operations at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) until 2003 and is credited with laying the groundwork for the world-class financial hub..Hussain also led Sharjah Islamic Bank as its Chief Executive Officer until 2006. During 2006, he was mandated by the Government of Dubai to establish a new shariah compliant financial institution and he was appointed as Group CEO for Noor Bank PJSC – a position he held till Oct 31, 2017. During his tenor, Noor Bank became one of the leading islamic financial institution across multiple business segments and jurisdictions with an asset size of over AED 40Bn. In addition to the above roles, Hussain has also served as member of the board of directors of a number of sovereign owned entities in the region over the last two decades including Dubai Financial Market, Dubai International Financial Exchange, Noor Bank PJSC, Diera Investment Company, Noor Takaful PJSC etc.

Sathish brings more than 17 years of wealth management experience working with ultra HNW private clients, family offices and financial institutions across various geographies - U.S, U.K, Europe, Middle East and Asia. In his most recent role, Sathish was the co-founder and Senior Executive Officer (SEO) of Plurimi Wealth (Dubai) Limited, an Independent Asset Management (IAM) firm based in the DIFC, Dubai. Prior to that he was a Managing Director and Partner with Plurimi Wealth LLP based in London.
He started his career with Morgan Stanley in Los Angeles, California and held various senior positions at Barclays Private Bank, UBS Wealth Management and Lloyds Private Bank based in London.
Sathish graduated with a M.S in Management and Information Systems from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Claremont Graduate University, Claremont, California. Sathish holds the Level 6 PCIAM qualification and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
Saadaat has over 18 years of institutional banking, investment advisory and business development experience covering Islamic and conventional products across Middle East, Europe, South Asia and Africa. His last assignment was at Noor Bank PJSC in Dubai where he was working as Head of Wholesale Banking Group since 2007 responsible for managing financial institutions coverage and international banking business besides managing the bank's investment banking activities. He has lead and managed the origination, execution and placement of more than 150 primary syndications, capital markets and corporate finance mandates valued in excess of USD 100Bn across sectors, products and jurisdictions.
Kailash has almost 2 decades of experience in international private banking across multinational banks like Bank of Singapore (BOS) and ABN Amro Bank. In his previous role at Bank of Singapore in Dubai, he spent over 15 years as a Senior Private Banker and Trusted Advisor responsible for originating and managing ultra-high-net-worth clients from West Africa, UAE, and Sri Lanka. Prior to his BOS stint, Kailash spent around 4 years at ABN Amro, Dubai, responsible for managing ultra-high-net-worth clients predominantly from West Africa.
Kailash received his Bachelor of Electronics Engineering degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Mumbai University.
Kalpana Shah Chartered FCSI has over 28 years’ experience in international private banking covering mainly the East Africa region.
She started her career at Bank of America (4 Years - Covering the NRI community) and then at Credit Agricole (7 Years), where she was responsible for setting up the NRI division for the bank in London.
This was followed by a role at HSBC Private Bank in London, where she served as a Director and head of East Africa for over 11 years. Prior to joining Fiducia Capital, Kalpana was Managing Director at Azure Wealth, which was later merged with Hywin Wealth where she was serving clients predominantly from Africa.
Kalpana holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and is a member of the Financial Conduct Authority since 2002.
Kalpana continues to have strong relationships in Africa where she assists clients with corporate structuring and wealth management.
A Private Banker with more than 30 years of experience in Wealth Management, Commercial and Consumer Banking, Atul has been working with HNW private clients and families in the Middle East and Africa, he has worked with a leading banking and insurance group, a wealth management business in Kenya and a Top tier Private Bank with a strong presence in the Middle East and Asia.
Atul has been a Senior Private Banker at Bank of Singapore in Dubai – United Arab Emirates, he has also held senior positions at I&M Bank and Citi Wealth Management in Nairobi - Kenya.

Harish Phoolwani has over 16 years’ experience in international private banking covering mainly the UK, Middle-East and Asia. In the last role with Standard Chartered Private Bank for about 11 years handling ultra-high net-worth families, here he managed these families across multiple jurisdictions. He began his career with ABN Amro Bank Dubai, UAE and held a senior position with Mashreq Bank, Dubai, UAE. Harish graduated with a from TRIUM Global Executive joint alliance between NYU Stern school of business, HEC Paris and London School of Economics.
Osman has worked in the financial services industry in London since 2006, beginning his career with world-renowned multi-strategy hedge fund CQS Management. During his time with CQS he developed an expertise in the operations of the credit derivatives markets and management of cross entity derivative exposures. Following the 07/08 financial crisis Osman joined BNP Paribas Investment Bank and oversaw the banks’ implementation of the industry-wide changes that were bought into place post-crisis to limit and unwind the cross-entity ~USD 60 trillion gross notional exposure of the credit derivatives market.
Osman subsequently moved into the Wealth Management business in 2011 and from London, began providing multi-asset class investment advice to UHNWI and family offices predominantly located in the Middle East through roles with BNP Paribas Wealth Management and Standard Chartered Bank. Osman has managed portfolios for both retail and professional private clients with a collective total value in excess of USD 1Bn.
Osman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Birmingham, a Master’s degree in Finance & Investment from the University of Nottingham, the Chartered Wealth Manager designation and is a CFA Charterholder.
An Investment professional with over 15 years’ experience across Advisory, Product Origination, Lombard Lending, Institutional Capital Market Sales & Research, Koushik brings extensive working knowledge in both vanilla and complex derivative linked structured solutions across multiple asset classes such as Emerging Market Credit, Global Equities, Rates, FX and Commodities.
In his recent assignment, he worked in the capacity of Director - Senior Investment Advisor at Deutsche Bank (DB) Wealth management’s Global South Asian business in the region. His coverage included some of the segment’s largest Ultra High Net worth Individuals (UHNWIs), Family offices with cumulative business volume in excess of USD 1bn. Prior to this, he worked as Senior Investment Advisor at Mashreq’s Private Banking arm where he was also instrumental in developing the Lombard lending solution for the bank's Wealth Management clients.
During his Advisory & Research career, his clientele have included both HNWIs as well as Institutional Investors such as Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies & Hedge Funds.
With Risk Management at his core, Koushik holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Specialization in Wealth Management) and is a CFA Charter holder.

Peter has over 25 years of legal and compliance experience. Over the past 15 years, he has held a number of in-house Head of Compliance roles with global and regional institutions in the Middle East. Peter has overseen a number of risk assessments and audits by GCC and global regulators. He has extensive experience in implementing and running detailed compliance monitoring programs and advising boards and management on compliance, corporate governance and risk related matters. Prior to his Middle East experience, Peter worked as a lawyer for a UK based law firm focusing on commercial and insurance litigation plus held a number of legal and compliance roles in his native Australia. Peter has a Bachelor of Art/Laws and a Diploma in Financial Planning. He is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Victorian bar in Australia.
Zainab is a highly skilled finance professional with 13+ years of experience in investment banking and financial advisory covering GCC markets, with a focus on Shariah compliant fixed income. At Fiducia Capital Limited, she provides fixed income investment advisory and manages client services for UHNWIs. Earlier she worked with Noor Bank (UAE) as part of the Shariah compliant debt capital markets team, arranging capital markets transactions in excess of USD 14 billion for Emirates Airlines, Nakheel, Investment Corporation of Dubai, Aldar and Dubai Holding and has also held strategic planning and communication roles with Fortune 500 companies, Shell and GlaxoSmithKline.
She holds an MBA degree with distinction from the Institute of Business Administration, Pakistan and Fitch (UK) certification in corporate credit.
Priya Karani brings over 14 years of experience in financial services, with exceptional clients services management skills in the ultra-high net worth space. Her strengths lie in due diligence, handling time sensitive complex transactions, optimizing revenue potential and managing portfolio risk. She began her career with UBS as part of their AML & compliance team, later joining Reliance Capital Group UAE managing operations where she was recognized for her detail oriented and structured approach to assignments on multiple occasions. In her most recent role with Bank of Singapore she was supporting top-tier private bankers in managing the UHNW client portfolios.
Prash has deeply rooted himself in the boutique wealth management industry. He has held various roles within the sector and has helped both streamline business operations and improve the quality of service to high- and ultra-high net worth clients. Prior to joining Fiducia Capital, he led the implementation of MiFID II and GDPR within a leading London-based wealth & investment manager. Since joining Fiducia Capital three years ago, Prash has helped reshape the firm’s operations whilst co-advising and servicing many of the UHNWI relationships of the firm.
He graduated with a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Leicester and holds a Level 4 Diploma in Investment Advice from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Royce Almeida has over 19 years of banking experience in UAE and India. His core skill set lies in client servicing for private banking clients covering HNWIs, with an emphasis on due diligence and operational compliance. Starting his career with HDFC Bank (India) in 2002, Royce went on to hold positions with JP Morgan India, ABN-AMRO UAE (which later became part of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank), RAK Bank (UAE) and most recently with Burgan Private Bank (DIFC, UAE) gaining valuable front and back office operations skills during the course of his career, which have enabled him to contribute towards creating an efficient and high quality client onboarding experience at Fiducia.

Nupur has over 5 years of experience in financial services. She has held portfolio management and product management roles with NatWest and Citibank, with a strong focus on customer journey enhancement. At NatWest, she successfully led a project to re-design the sales and pricing framework for Multi-Currency Liquidity products with a view to improve the product offering for clients and deliver substantial RWA savings for the bank. As part of her role as a portfolio manager for Corporate Clients, she was responsible for handling time sensitive complex transactions, optimizing revenue potential and minimizing portfolio risk.
She is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, India and a Chartered Banker from the Chartered Banker Institute, Edinburgh. In addition, she also holds a Bachelors in Finance degree.
